We’ll start by getting a snapshot of your current situation current issues, and where you want to go. We’ll clarify your main goals and identify which are the main problems that keep you away from reaching these goals.
Over our sessions, we’ll work on overcoming the obstacles by setting small tasks and achieving small victories, until they lead us to the Big one.
At the beginning of every session, we’ll revise your success with the small tasks and your progress, and based on your progress, we’ll make adjustments and set new tasks to keep moving forward.
At the conclusion of our work together, we’ll recap our progress & identify how you can best leverage what you’ve learned as you move onward in life.
